Returns Policy

VBS Co. accepts returns on standard non-sale goods. Generally we will not accept returns of special order items but can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The items must be in original condition with original tags or packaging, they must not be damaged in any way and in a condition suitable for resale and be within 10 days of receiving the items. Delivery costs are at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the return if it is damaged, worn or in a condition not suitable for resale. 

All faulty returns must be received within 10 days of purchase. We will replace your item if there is a replacement available. If not we will supply you with either a store credit or refund the purchase price plus any shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We use Courier Post for the delivery of all goods within NZ. Shipping is stated for each item and can be combined for multiple item purchases.

For International shipping, special order items or pre-orders please use our contact form or email us to at wade@vbsco.co.nz for a shipping quote. We only charge you what it costs to ship your goods.

All goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days from when VBS Co. receives full payment. We try and ship same day if possible.
